Analyzing Dr. Makis’ Cancer Protocol and Dosage
Executive Summary
- In this article, we analyze Dr. Makis’ cancer protocol and dosage.
Introduction
Dr. Makis has a very popular protocol for cancer. In this article, we analyze this protocol.
Dr. Makis’ Protocol
The following quotes are from the article Ivermectin for Cancer Treatment Dosage.
Dr Makis’ Dosage Levels for Ivermectin and Benzimidazoles
Ivermectin Dosages
Low-grade cancers: Dose of 0.5mg/kg, 3x per week (Guzzo, et al., 2002).
Intermediate-grade cancers: Dose of 1mg/kg, 3x per week (Guzzo, et al., 2002).
High-grade cancers: Dose from 1 mg/kg/day (de Castro, et al., 2020) to 2 mg/ kg/day (Guzzo, et al., 2002).All these doses have been established as tolerable for humans (Guzzo, et al., 2002).
Benzimidazoles Dosages
Low-grade cancers: Mebendazole: Dose of 200 mg/day (Dobrosotskaya, et al., 2011).
Intermediate-grade cancers: Mebendazole: Dose of 400 mg/day (Chai, et al., 2021).
High-grade cancers: Mebendazole dose of 1,500 mg/day (Son, et al., 2020) or Fenbendazole 1,000 mg 3x per week (Chiang, et al., 2021).
The dosage for Mebendazole and Fenbendazole is in line with our calculator’s output — which you can find at the article The Brightwork Fenbendazole Dosage Guide. However, our dosage frequency is 3.5 days per week. And for high grade cancers, the Mebendazole is far too high, while the Fenbendazole is 1000 MG 3x per week, which is 3000 MG in a week. This is roughly double our dosage estimate. We disagree with this dosage level because Fenbendazole significantly impacts the liver (customarily measured by the increase in liver enzymes) at this dosage level.
Sample Ivermectin Calculation
Calculating this dosage for a 200 lb man, this would be 90.7 KG x either 1, 1.5 or 2 MG (depending on the severity of the cancer). Let’s take the midpoint of 1.5 MG. That would be 90.7 kg x 1.5 MG or 136 KG. That is far higher than our calculator output. However, notice that the recommendations are either 2 or 3 times per week.
The Total Weekly Ivermectin Consumption / Day
Therefore, the total amount of Ivermectin consumed for the week would be..
136 MG x 2 = 272 MG, divided by 7 (days in a week) = 38 MG per day or..
136 MG x 3 = 404 MG / 7 (days in a week) = 58 MG per day.
That is higher than our calculated value but not that much higher.
