Biden was a longtime Senator from Delaware before becoming Vice President under Obama and then President. Deleware is where most of the companies in the US are incorporated and is a credit card hub of the US due to private banking friendly laws which are highly negative for credit card consumers. Delaware is a type of “offshore state that robs from the other states by providing a safe haven for corporations. That is, what Delaware receives in return for lowering standards across the board, is far more than what is extracted from other states. If Delaware were “shut down” as a state and simply incorporated into Pennsylvania, it would be a tremendous benefit to the other states in the US.
