Societies give great benefits to those who lie and punish their truth-tellers. Society is a curious dance between accepting false claims that are repeated through a triangulation process rather than individual investigation and occasional truth-telling.

The Case Study of the US War in Afghanistan

• An excellent example of this is the recent US withdrawal from the 20-year war and occupation of Afghanistan.
• The Afghanistan war was begun on false claims and then persisted for 20 years. This consisted of a combination of US military leaders providing uncontradicted false claims about the supposed progress being made in Afghanistan.

CBS News communicated the false claims by the US military without questioning any of them, as they always do. And then, after Afghanistan fell to the Taliban, CBS News never apologized or analyzed the accuracy of what it reported. CBS News never apologizes for serving as a marketing front end for the military, pharmaceutical companies, or government power or being a messenger for corrupt elite entities that are constantly wrong. 

Who Got it Right and Who Got it Wrong

Those who tried to tell the truth about how no progress was being made were sidelined and ridiculed. Then, 20 years of lies were unfurled when the US-backed Afghan army disintegrated. This period of truth-telling went on for a few weeks. However, none of the people who lied about Afghanistan paid the price; how societies treat their people who tell the truth states that they value conformity far more than truth. This same process is standardized with most wars, with those that made false claims about the potentiality of Ukraine defeating Russia also not held accountable for their statements. Those who are assertive are not held accountable for false claims no matter how many times they are proven false.

The System of Propaganda and Reinforcement of the Status Quo

A significant reason for this is the system of propaganda that has robust control over the information communicated to the public and by controlling the Overton Window — which is considered the continuum of acceptable opinions.

The Discrediting Terms of Propaganda

Those who contradict the status quo are not necessarily engaged in the objective facts but are critiqued as extremists or conspiracy theorists (a term developed by Allen Dulles of the CIA to discredit those who did not accept the official false explanations of the Kennedy assassination), and or accused of providing “misinformation.”

Why Elites Are Obsessed With The Term Misinformation

Misinformation is a term of propaganda that allows the powerful to dismiss views by simply categorizing the view — without engaging in the substance of the view. Elite entities are very focused on the term “misinformation” because they seek to be the source of all accepted truth and cannot tolerate views contrary to the views they want society to accept unthinkingly. The elite obsession has nothing to do with concern for the public thinking false things. For example, religion or religious beliefs for which there is no evidence are never categorized as misinformation by the elites as, while unfounded in evidence, they are not threats to the elites.

Important Point #1: Moderna Pays for Censorship

Moderna has been caught paying for accurate information to be censored on social media. This means Moderna monitors media and social media and pays to have any information about Moderna that Moderna disagrees with to be censored. This term is called “partnering” with media and social media. Moderna is a massive propaganda apparatus. These relationships are not disclosed in the media or social media entities. This is referred to as the “censorship industrial complex.”

This would be like Ford saying that people with a poor view of Ford Trucks are “engaging in misinformation.” It isn’t easy to see how this is any different from what Moderna is doing.

Important Point #3: The Fake Rape Allegations Came After Moderna Targeting Russel Brand

Moderna communicated their concerns about Russel Brand in August 2023, before the media entities falsified rape allegations against Brand, which led Brand to be demonetized. No criminal charges were ever brought against Brand, and the accusers remained anonymous. The entire point was to try Brand in the media.
