A Note on Servigistics and MCA Solutions
*While this book was being written, Servigistics acquired MCA Solutions. According to Mark Vigoroso, the SVP of Global Marketing and Alliances at Servigistics, “We will be doing one more version upgrade for MCA clients (to version 8). But the strategy will be to consolidate the best of Servigistics and MCA into a single platform going forward. We will not have separate SPM applications (e.g. the MCA solution, the Servigistics solution).”
